The questions asked in focus groups vary depending on the research objectives. However, they generally fall into three categories:
Open-Ended Questions: Designed to encourage detailed responses, such as "What do you think about this product?" or "How do you feel about our brand?" Probing Questions: These follow up on initial responses to gain deeper insights, for example, "Can you tell me more about why you feel that way?"
