employee net promoter score (enps)

How is eNPS Calculated?

The eNPS is calculated by asking employees a simple question: "On a scale from 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend our company as a place to work?" Based on their responses, employees are categorized into three groups:
Promoters (9-10): These employees are highly satisfied and likely to recommend the company.
Passives (7-8): These employees are satisfied but not enthusiastic enough to be considered promoters.
Detractors (0-6): These employees are dissatisfied and unlikely to recommend the company.
The eNPS is then calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters.
