High Power, High Interest: These stakeholders are key players. They should be closely managed and kept fully engaged with regular updates and strategic involvement. High Power, Low Interest: These stakeholders need to be kept satisfied. They are influential but not deeply interested in the day-to-day details. Low Power, High Interest: These stakeholders should be kept informed. They are interested in the project but do not have significant influence over it. Low Power, Low Interest: These stakeholders require minimal effort. Basic communication will suffice to keep them aware of major developments.
